Jersey City Spring Cleaning Clothing Drive
Spring is a time of year when most of us are looking to clear out the old and welcome the new. A lot of the time what may seem old to some could offer something new for others. This May Mysterious Ways will be hosting a city wide clothing drive. There will be collection boxes in local businesses and partners all over the city for you to drop off any new or slightly used clothing. We welcome clothing of any kind for men, woman, and children of all ages. All donations will go to Community Treasures and Triangle Park Community Center.

Mysterious Ways Holiday Giveaway
Thanks to our gracious donors and local partners, MWJC will be giving away over $20,000 in toys and household items to the amazing people of Jersey City. Stop by one of our 4 pop-up shops located throughout Jersey City on December 17th between 12pm and 4pm. All you need to bring is a photo ID and proof or residency. Be sure to bring a bag for your items. Each participate will automatically be entered to win a one of our big ticket items: An Xbox, a TV, an adult bike, or a child’s bike. It is first come first serve so be sure to get there early to have your choice. This event is for Parents and Guardians only, so please leave the little ones home and surprise them with the gifts later =)

Mysterious Ways Financial Literacy & Housing Seminar

Mysterious Ways Resource Hub
Access to information and resources is a vital part of maintaining a happy and healthy community. Unfortunately having direct and easy access to the information and resources you need is not always the case for everyone. This is where Mysterious Ways JC has stepped in. We are creating a Resource Hub for the citizens of Jersey City to connect them to amazing organizations that can provide them with information and services needed. There will be an array of tools and media at your disposal, as well as live events that will be hosted to address the broader needs of the community. Not sure what you need? We can help! The Mysterious Ways Resource Hub will feature an online portal where the citizens of Jersey City can fill out a request form describing hurdles they are facing or areas of need and we will connect them directly to the people that can help them. Areas to be addressed will include but are not limited to: Mental Health, Food Insecurity, Job Training, Mentorship, Financial Literacy, Re-entry services, and much more. Be on the lookout for Mysterious Ways JC at your local community events as we will be reaching out to you, the public, to see what it is you are in need of most.
